Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time Processing time refers to the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. It depends on the time of quality checks, packaging and the stock of products.

The standard shipping usually takes 15-25 business days. 
When you place an order, it usually takes 7-10 business days to process and dispatch. And the standard shipping typically takes 10-18 business days. Therefore, the delivery time is expected to take 17 to 28 days.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

NOTE FOR TAXES: For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules. Check the product's size chart to find your size. Our team measures each item. Any products that fall outside of this table will have notes in the listing advising you if you should go up or down in size.

Tips: Due to the many variations in monitors, the color of the image may look slightly different, please take the physical design and color shall prevail. Please allow 0.4"-1" difference due to manual measurement.

*Use the recommended amount of a premium detergent for delicate articles.
*Silk articles need to be washed separately because they have a lower colorfastness than other fabrics.
*Hand washing is recommended for delicate items such as lace, lingerie, wool, silk or very dark colors that may run. Using lukewarm or cold water under 30°C and squeeze gently. Turn inside out when hanging up and do not dry clothes in full sunlight.
*The clothes should be at least 3 quarters dry before ironing. Ironing temperature recommended from 100°C to 180°C depending on the fabric.
*The steam setting should be on high since ironing silk requires a lot of moisture. After the silkis lightly misted with water, it is placed face down on the ironing board and covered with a press cloth.
*Avoid washing or bleaching for leather articles. Dry Cleaning is recommended for them.
